The Black Douglas scotch whisky was named after Sir James Douglas, a Scottish knight who fought in the Scottish Wars of Independence. Douglas died in fierce battle against overwhelming Spanish forces, swinging his claymore and clutching the heart of Robert the Bruce, King of Scotland. He is celebrated to this day with every glass of The Black Douglas. A well-balanced grain and malt blend Scotch whiskey, The Black Douglas is a soft, well-aged product with a smooth finish. ABV: 40%

Black Heart Rum is a superior imported rum with a rich, smooth flavour and dark, full-bodied colour, these unique characteristics make Black Heart Rum truly distinctive. This strong character gained it a following in nautical circles, being the official rum of the Royal New Zealand Navy until well into the 1950's.

This vibrant expression of our classic Bombay Dry Gin features wild blackberry, a simple little fruit with an assertive personality. Found on every continent growing on the perimeters of farmland, along the banks of rivers, flanking mountain paths, high up in the hills and down in the shrublands, this feral berry has been tamed to perfectly completement the 8 botanicals in our unmistakeable 1761 recipe. The flavour profile and bramble name is a nod to the classic, first brought to life in 1984 using the original Bombay Dry Gin at its heart. This deep crimson elixir is a perfect serve with tonic or cloudy lemonade. Refreshing with a powerful punch.

London Dry gin, distilled from 100% neutral grain spirit. The incomparable taste of Bombay Sapphire is the result of ten carefully selected botanical ingredients coupled with a unique distillation process. Unlike some other gins, which 'boil' their botanicals together with the spirit, Bombay Sapphire distils its spirit alone. The spirit vapour from this distillation then gently passes through a copper basket containing the botanicals. This infuses the subtle aromatic flavours from each of the ten botanicals into the spirit vapour resulting in a crisp, delicately balanced taste

Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru is a small-batch gin that celebrates Bombay Sapphire's mastery of botanicals. This gin heroes one of Bombay's previous botanicals; The Murican Lemon, delivering an extraordinary character with a symphony of citrus notes. This is not a lemon flavoured gin, but a celebration of lemon and citrus. The careful selection of the Murican lemon which is hand-harvested, hand-peeled and dried under the Spanish sun is overseen by Bombay's Master of Botanicals, Ivano Tonutti. This adds complexity and intense citrus notes with a long, refreshing finish.
