This is a distinctive Cabernet Sauvignon thanks to American oak maturation. Generous yet structured with abundant cassis flavours, subtle hints of mint and spice transitioning to a long, polished finish.

This is a lush, mouth filling wine with intense black cherry, plum, raspberry and even a touch of pomegranate to the fruit flavours. The oak maturation brings attractive spice and mocha characters to the palate. The wine is well balanced with medium weight, smooth tannins and the finish is persistent and imminently enjoyable. Will reward under ideal cellaring conditions to 2021, possibly beyond.

This is a rich wine with berry-laden, dark chocolate characters underpinned by a hint of sweet leather. The oak maturation brings depth and length to the palate with a lovely tannin line. The wine is very well balanced with well integrated oak and the finish is persistent and imminently enjoyable.
